Data Processing Agreement (DPA)

This Data Processing Agreement (“Agreement”) outlines how personal data is processed by AC Quarterlight on behalf of users.
1. Definitions
- Controller: The user of AC Quarterlight who determines the purpose and means of data processing.
- Processor: AC Quarterlight, acting on behalf of the Controller.
2. Scope
This Agreement applies when AC Quarterlight processes personal data on your behalf, as defined by the GDPR.
3. Obligations of the Processor
AC Quarterlight agrees to:
- Process data only under your instructions
- Implement appropriate technical and organizational measures
- Ensure personnel confidentiality
- Assist with data subject rights
- Notify of data breaches without undue delay
4. Subprocessors
A list of subprocessors is available here.
5. Term and Termination
This DPA remains in effect while you use AC Quarterlight. Upon termination, we will delete or return your data unless required by law.
